Updegraff Management LLC is the contracting party and your point of accountability for the written scope and project coordination.
Does Updegraff perform every trade with employees?
No. Qualified specialty subcontractors may perform portions of the work under Updegraff Management’s general-contracting oversight.
Do you install GAF roofing products?
GAF roofing systems are available. Product selection and any applicable warranty terms will be identified in the written proposal. Updegraff Management does not represent itself as a GAF-certified contractor.
What areas do you serve?
Our primary service area is Rochester and nearby Monroe County communities. Project acceptance depends on location, scope and scheduling.
